1.1 The following terms and conditions of sale (“Terms of Sale”) will apply to the sale of goods made by LION STATIONERY CO PTE LTD (“LION”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to any customer (the “Buyer”, “you”).
1.2 These Terms of Sale supplement the Terms and Conditions applicable to LION’s website at <lionshop.sg> (the “Website”), of which these Terms of Sale form a part. Any terms that are used in these Terms of Sale that are not defined here will have the meanings given to such terms in the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
1.3 All terms and conditions described in these Terms of Sale are subject to change at LION’s discretion pursuant to the Terms and Conditions and these Terms of Sale.
By purchasing any product from LION, you, the Buyer, warrant to us that:
(a) you are purchasing such product for your personal use and not for business or commercial purposes (including for sale or resale); and
(b) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
The inclusion of any products on the Website at a particular time does not guarantee that the products will be in stock or available for purchase.
4.1 You may place an order (“Order”) to purchase products by completing the prescribed forms on our Website. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Order. All Orders are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable, except as otherwise agreed in writing by LION.
4.2 Any prices and descriptions on our Website: (i) are subject to availability; (ii) do not constitute an offer to purchase a product; and (iii) may be revised by us at any time.
4.3 All Orders shall be subject to our acceptance and each Order is only accepted by us when we accept your payment and dispatch your Order (“Acceptance”). Prior to the Acceptance, we shall not be party to any legally binding agreements or promises made between you and us for the sale or other dealings with the relevant product.
4.4 You acknowledge and agree that any automatic email acknowledgement of your Order does not constitute an Acceptance of your Order. In any event, we reserve the right to decline to process or accept any Order at our absolute discretion.
4.5 We also reserve the right to cancel your Order if: (i) we are unable to accept your Order within a reasonable time from your date of Order (except for pre-orders); and/or (ii) payment for your Order is incomplete. If we cancel your Order, we will refund any prior payment that you have made for that product.
5.1 All quoted prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and shall be inclusive of all applicable goods and services tax.
5.2 Information relating to products sold by LION on the Website or through communications with the Buyer may contain typographical errors, pricing errors and other inaccuracies. LION reserves the right to adjust prices due to input error, product discontinuation, or stock clearance.
5.3 The following payment modes are accepted:
(a) Credit Card
(b) PayNow
5.4 LION reserves the right to suspend the provision of goods where any amounts are overdue until such overdue amounts have been paid in full.

7.1 Unless stated otherwise, all products sold by LION are offered or provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis with no warranty.
7.2 For products that come with a warranty period, you may refer to your product user manual (if applicable) to locate the relevant service centre for repairs or replacements.
8.1 LION will endeavour to deliver any purchased products within 14 days from the day of Acceptance. However, this timeline is indicative only and LION shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.
8.2 LION reserves the right to impose additional delivery charges if the Buyer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address requiring alternative arrangements.
LION reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for goods placed by the Buyer for reasons including: (i) limitations on stock available; (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; and (iii) outstanding payments identified by our accounts department.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale.
10.2 In any event, you acknowledge and agree that the aggregate liability of LION arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale shall not exceed the value of the products purchased by you.
11.1 A failure by LION to exercise or enforce any rights conferred upon it by these Terms of Sale shall not be deemed to be a waiver or variation of any such rights.
11.2 If any provision of these Terms of Sale is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law. The remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may amend these Terms of Sale from time to time at our sole discretion. You may determine if any such amendment has taken place by referring to the date on which these Terms of Sale were last updated.
These Terms of Sale shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.1 LION shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms of Sale if caused by a “Force Majeure Event”. A “Force Majeure Event” means any cause beyond its reasonable control (e.g., act of God, war, riot, government actions, fire, flood, or storm).
14.2 A person who is not a party to these Terms of Sale shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these Terms of Sale.
14.3 You agree that we can transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Sale to any company, firm or person. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Sale to anyone else.
14.4 Unless otherwise specified herein, these Terms of Sale, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
